
A potential protégé must fill out the Mentorship Application, which will be reviewed by our Mentor Board each month. If accepted into the program, the protégé will be partnered with an OT mentor for a one year commitment.
Responsibilities of an Internet Oltimers protégé:
- Commit to a minimum of one year with the program
- Meet/talk at least once a month with their OT mentor
- Create an industry-focused research document/case study. The research topic will be selected by the mentor and protégé. The document will have a press release, be published in the OT newsletter, and will be distributed to the top 450 interactive marketing leaders in the country. The research document will also be shared with the entire online advertising community through publishing websites, industry shows, networking through the OT Foundation, and blogs.
- Present the findings of the paper, preferably at an industry show.
Applicant Criteria: Must have industry-related interest, thirst for knowledge, and drive to complete the task at hand.
